Our Psychoeducation, Discovery & Recovery Group is a safe, supportive space where people can deepen their understanding of addiction, explore the science behind behaviour and change, and build the skills needed for long‑term recovery. Grounded in lived experience and trauma‑informed practice, the group blends practical learning with real‑world insight, helping participants make sense of their journey and take meaningful steps forward.
Each session combines accessible neuroscience, emotional regulation tools, values‑based reflection, and open discussion. We break down complex ideas into clear, relatable concepts—empowering people to understand why they think, feel, and act the way they do, and how to create sustainable change.
This is not a lecture or a clinical classroom. It’s a collaborative learning environment where curiosity is encouraged, experiences are respected, and recovery is seen as a process of discovery. Whether someone is at the beginning of their journey or strengthening their foundations, the group offers knowledge, connection, and practical strategies that support growth, resilience, and hope.
